A priest, a horse, and a writing major walk into a bakery...

My name is James Modzelewski, and I am a member of the 2014 Terrier Bakery Team. As a creative writing major, and an amateur digital art enthusiast, I have handled the marketing team’s flier projects. Designing adverting material for the bakery has surely been a challenge, but it is a challenge that I have whole-heartedly welcomed. Although I do not personally handle the preparation of any of our products, it is a part of my job to advertise the bakery’s products to the campus’s staff and student body. Awareness is the first step in getting our goods into the hands (and stomachs) of potential customers. I take the awareness of the Terrier Bakery brand very seriously, and endeavor to do my part spreading that awareness.

Writing is my absolute passion. I have always adored the interpretation and application of English language. My purpose at Hiram is to hone my writing skills, as well as expose myself to other talented peers in my desired field. I want to make a living doing what I love, regardless of how humble that living may be. I try to pursue a life of simple means, but, regardless, I do indulge in many hobbies. Gaming, art, and personal blogging are a few of the prominent ones, but the ways I spend my time are constantly shifting.
