Chris Hillier

My name is Chris Hillier, I am currently a football player, and a hard working member of the terrier bakery. I may not be the head baker, but I am a member of the clean up team. Our job is simple, we clean the kitchen up on our designated day every week to make sure our bakers have the cleanest area possible. The day I have to clean up is on Friday, which is also my favorite day of the week. Every time I enter the kitchen I smell that awesome aroma of freshly baked goods. It tickles my nostrils and makes my taste buds tingle. Not only does the smell make me want to eat the food, it brings back memories of my younger years when my dad owned a pizza shop in my hometown. Now granite I wasn’t big enough to cook the pizza, but I was able to cook other things like pasta, wings, and sandwiches. I also cleaned up the shop whenever I was told, but the thing that is most similar about our Terrier Bakery kitchen and my dad’s pizza shop is the oven. The oven in the bakery is the same as the one my dad had in his pizza shop. Having said that, every time I look at that oven it takes me back, making me want to work harder so that one day I can be a member of the baking team.
