My involvment with the Terrier Bakery



Hello! My name is Amy Lyon and I am involved with the Terrier Bakery at Hiram College. I am in Ella Kirk’s First-Year seminar class “Transforming Dough: Sweet Success.” So far this class has been extremely fun and a real joy! But even more than that I love working in the bakery! On Tuesday and Thursday nights, you can find me mixing up dough wearing an apron and a hat. I am a freshman at Hiram College, and I hope that I can be involved with the Terrier Bakery in some way during my next three years. I really like being a baker because I love learning and working with new recipes. I find it exciting and joyful watching the ingredients I put together turn into cookies, brownies, etc. I see the Terrier Bakery being even more successful in the future and I am happy to be a part of it!!!
