Hello!
I am Brad Krueger, and I am part of the cleaning team. It has been a great experience working in the bakery . It has really made me step out of my own comfort
zone. Most of the time, I am outside in
the heat and sun either working or playing football. The first time I stepped in the bakery ,I
felt like a bull in a China shop. I was just so overwhelmed; I did not know
where to start. We got the chance to
move into a new kitchen, but it was not so new at all. It was more like a
locker after a muddy football game. This
kitchen was so dirty, and I did not know even where to start to clean. Dust was
on everything, old grease on the ground and in the stove. It was a mess ,and if there was a trophy for
the world's best cleaners, we would have won it. Once a week,
I have to mop the floor as well, and it is just like a arm workout. Even
though we are not the bakers and
producing the produce, I find the cleaning team the hidden hero of the bakery.
